Delivery methods are shown only when the destination, postal code, order value and product eligibility meet configured rules.
Order processing
An order moves through explicit payment and fulfilment states. A payment must be verified before an order is shown as paid or confirmed.
Tracking
Tracking requires a secure reference and verification value or signed token. Delivery-partner events are shown only when supplied through approved admin or provider workflows.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information. Delays, damaged packages or address issues should be raised through Order Support for review.
International shipping
International shipping availability is not assumed. It must be enabled through configured delivery rules before it is offered publicly.
