Information handled by the platform
Depending on the journey, Nakshatra may process birth details, location and timezone information, contact details, report references, order and delivery information, support messages, consent records and security metadata.
- Only information required for the selected journey should be collected.
- Sensitive information should use protected storage and masked projections.
- Raw provider secrets and payment-card data must not be stored by Nakshatra.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the requested journey, prevent abuse, operate support, maintain security, meet configured legal obligations and improve service reliability.
- Calculation requests pass through FastAPI provider adapters.
- Orders and payments use server-authoritative totals and verified provider events.
- Support and contact records are visible only to authorised roles.
Service-provider boundaries
Approved calculation, payment, notification, storage and fulfilment providers may receive only the information required for their role. Provider configuration and production credentials are controlled outside public browser code.
Retention and user requests
Retention periods and user-rights procedures must come from approved configuration and applicable law. The platform includes foundations for access, correction, restriction and deletion requests.

Nakshatra provides calculation interfaces, editorial guidance, AI-supported experiences and physical Crystal commerce through clearly separated systems.
