Kundli calculations are designed to come through the approved Nakshatra Software provider boundary. The website does not invent chart calculations in the browser.
What is included in the free Kundli preview?+
The free preview contains approved high-level chart and identity information. Detailed sections remain controlled by the report-access workflow.
Does a Matchmaking score guarantee relationship success?+
No. Matchmaking is interpretive guidance and should not be the sole basis for a major relationship or marriage decision.
Are both birth profiles kept private?+
The architecture minimises exposure of both profiles, uses controlled API access and prevents sensitive details from appearing in public URLs or analytics.
How are Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rashifal records published?+
Rashifal is editorial content with draft, review, scheduling, publication and archive states. Draft records are not returned by public APIs.
Why does Panchang depend on location and timezone?+
Calendar values and timings can vary by location, date and timezone. Nakshatra confirms these inputs before requesting provider data.
Are Vrata timings the same everywhere?+
No. Exact observance and Parana timings can depend on local sunrise, Tithi boundaries and provider data. The page must show location context or an unavailable state.
Can crystals replace medical treatment?+
No. Nakshatra presents crystals as symbolic products for personal ritual or reflection, not as diagnosis, treatment or guaranteed outcomes.
How do I choose a bracelet size?+
Measure the wrist and select an available size range on the product page. Sold-out variants are disabled and inventory is rechecked by the server.
How do I track an order safely?+
Use the order reference together with the approved verification value or secure tracking token. Nakshatra does not disclose order details from a guessable reference alone.

Is every return request automatically refunded?+
No. Eligibility and approval follow the configured policy, product condition, order state and manual review process.

No. Sensitive birth details are not intended to appear in URLs, page titles, browser analytics or raw application logs.
